ORDERING Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of payment being received. We will endeavor to let you know as soon as possible if there is a lead-time on a product that we need to make especially for you. We will take your payment via Paypal in our online shop, as it is fast, safe and secure. Once we have received payment you will receive an email informing you of an estimated delivery date. Please email us if they do not reach you in time, or in the unlikely event that goods become damaged during postage so we can help to investigate this for you. We will not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss in these circumstances. We are not obliged to reimburse you if we don’t hear from you about these situations immediately.

ACCURACY OF SITE CONTENT We take every care to ensure the contents of this website are correct and accurately depict the colour and finish of our current products. However there may be slight variations from product to product.

DELIVERY We ship to UK addresses by recorded post or for larger items via courier. We do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK. Please get in touch if you are outside the UK and we will happily provide you with a postage quote. Custom fees, duty and import charges/ taxes may apply to overseas destinations. Cécile Garcia is not responsible for any of these additional custom fees, duty and import charges/ taxes charges that may be incurred by our goods being shipped to your country.

RETURNS We hope you love our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know straight away so we can work together with you to resolve any issue. Refunds and returns will be made at the discretion of Cécile Garcia. Goods must be returned in their original condition within seven working days of delivery If a refund is required. We will refund you within 30 days providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition. We are unable to reimburse the postage costs on items that are being returned unless they are faulty.

Any unauthorised use of the material of Cécile Garcia may infringe copyright laws, trade mark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. MANUFACTURE AND AFTERCARE Products are either hand printed by Cécile Garcia or digitally printed in the UK. Hand printed products are produced using eco-friendly inks approved by the soil association in the UK . Digitally printed products are printed using reactive dyes (procion) and are produced in the UK. All our products are made and finished by hand in UK. All our textile products are printed onto 100% Cotton and are hand finished. Textile Care - wash gently with mild detergent or dry clean only. Iron on reverse ONLY. Lampshade Care- Wipe gently with damp cloth on both outside and inside of lampshade for cleaning.
